Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived — dispatch emails often land there the first time you order from a shop.

If tracking shows nothing yet

A tracking number usually takes a day or so to start showing scans after it is issued. If it has been longer than that with no movement, email us and we will chase it.

If your order has not arrived

Email elmrworks@gmail.com with your order number. Under EU law, the risk of loss or damage in transit sits with us until the goods reach you — so if a parcel goes missing, that is our problem to solve, not yours.
