Before you write, it may be quicker to check FAQs, the Return Policy, or Track Order.
Business details
[REVIEW — legally required] EU consumer law requires an online trader to publish its identity and a real geographic address. Fill these in and delete this note:
- Registered business name
- Full postal address
- Belgian company number (KBO/BCE)
- VAT number, if registered
- Phone number, if you want to offer one
Response times
[REVIEW] Say how quickly you aim to reply — "within one business day" is a reasonable promise if you can keep it. A stated response time reduces the number of people who email twice.
