FAQs
The pillows
What is the difference between the two pillows?
The Contour is 50 × 30 cm with a single classic three-zone shape and a removable washable velour cover. The Ergonomic Butterfly is larger at 61.5 × 34 cm, with roughly 13 cm outer wings and a 9 cm centre, and comes in four surface profiles — Butterfly, Cloud, X and classic contour — across twelve colour options.
Which way round does it go?
The lower channel runs through the centre and is for sleeping on your back. The raised edges are for side sleeping — put the higher edge under your neck when you turn over.
How long does it take to get used to?
A contoured pillow usually feels strange for the first few nights because it holds your head in a different place than a flat one. Most people know by the end of the first week. That is why our return window is thirty days rather than seven.
Will it help my neck pain?
We are not going to promise that. Some people find a contoured pillow more comfortable than a flat one and some do not, and neck pain has a lot of causes a pillow has nothing to do with. If yours is persistent, or you have numbness or breathing problems during sleep, see a clinician. This is a pillow, not a treatment.
Can I wash it?
The Contour's cover comes off and goes in the machine. The foam core itself should be spot-cleaned and left to air-dry — do not soak it or put it in a tumble dryer.
Does it fit a normal pillowcase?
The Contour at 50 × 30 cm fits a standard case. The Butterfly at 61.5 × 34 cm is longer and narrower than a standard square case, and the contour means a loose case will bunch — a fitted case cut for a contour pillow works better.
What is the Cooling Summer model?
The same foam core with a cover chosen for warmer months. If you tend to sleep hot, start there.
Is it firm or soft?
[REVIEW] Answer this once you can describe the density honestly — it is one of the most common pre-purchase questions and "medium" with a sentence of explanation beats leaving it out.

Will I be charged customs or import VAT?
[REVIEW — answer this honestly] If your parcels ship from outside the EU, customers can be charged import VAT and a courier handling fee on delivery. If that is the case, say so plainly here. Customers forgive a longer wait far more readily than a surprise bill.
